Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of luxury hair products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for unused, unopened, unaltered items within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain in their original packaging with ties, nets, and labels intact.
Order Errors or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order error or product defect is verified by our team. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to immediate processing.
Custom Orders
All custom units, colored pieces, or tailored wig constructions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.
